More sawdust on your hands than you know what to do with? Today I share an easy and affordable way to turn it into fire starters for your fire place or campfire. This works with any type of sawdust and creates a long, consistent flame to use to safely build a fire. I like them even more than their more expensive store-bought counterparts at a fraction of the cost! It's one of my favorite hacks.

I found an old wicker basket lying around that I wasn't using for anything so I figured I would try cutting it up and casting it in some resin. I then carve the resin block into a dish in my X-Carve CNC router to see how it would come out. The finished look reminds me of ice and I'm pretty happy with it. Today I show you how to make an organically shaped live edge walnut cutting board. This cutting board has been sitting out at the workshop for only a day or two but has already caught at least a dozen complements. Just between you and me I made it as an example of a fantastic project for a beginner because anything with an organic shape is very forgiving of mistakes. A tree came down in the yard and instead of cutting it into firewood I thought I would make this fun live edge resin river coat rack. Watch the video to learn how to create this simple resin river project!
Join me as I show you how to make an adjustable and reusable mold for casting. This is the only mold you need and its cheap and easy to make.
